Hey there! I'm excited to host you in my apartment. You'll be sharing the space with me, in an apartment on the 2nd floor. Your space will consist of a comfortable foam mattress cot (perfect for solo travelers), a desk, shelf and closet. You'll have access to: - balcony -livingroom -kitchen - Your own mini fridge - We're close to everything: - Grocery stores - Clothing warehouse - Dollar store - Drugstore, corner store - Brasserie (restobar) restaurant - Gym - Waterside fun (rentable bikes, rafting, surfing) - Free outdoor parking -Laundry facilities downstairs -Fast and reliable internet service - Easy bus access (routes 198, 110, 112; 25-30 minutes to closest metro) I'm a a polyglot, I'm friendly, and I'm looking forward to meeting you.

-Respect and communication are very important. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to discuss it with me. -Please keep it clean as you go. You may also eat in your room, but keep the area clean. (For the longer term guests) If you like working with a routine we can arrange a chore schedule, but I am always cleaning anyways, so good luck if you can find something to clean besides your own dishes. :-P - Livingroom is a shared space, so please keep it tidy and be respectful of Common belongings like: - Furniture (sofa, coffee table, TV stand) - Decorations (artwork, plants, rugs) - Electronics (TV, sound system, gaming console) - Books, magazines, or games -We do not enter private and personal areas uninvited. (I don't enter your bedroom, please don't enter mine.) -Please do not invite strangers into the home, if you would like to invite a friend over just agree with me in advance. The walls are very thin, so no overnight visitors, please. -If you lose the key, It's 30$ to replace. -Please keep our home secure and lock the front door entering and leaving the house. - If you break something, please buy it back. -Payment in cash or e-transfer upon arrival. -I'm pretty immune to noise, but in general after around 11pm is hush time. -You are responsible for your own food, unless you'd like to purchase a meal package, in which I cook for you.
