I am a Spanish Language Instructor, I live on a quite road, close to the Town center where you can find, a shopping plaza, a theater, a recreational area and a variety of restaurants. My house is surrounded by walking paths and bicycle roads. There are swimming pools and tennis courts too. There are in the house 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a spacious living room a kitchen with dining area beside it and a basement room (occupied by a 22-year-old tenant) I live close to the town center, Reston Hospital, and Inova Urgent Care. I have a pet and plenty of hospitality to share with you in my cozy townhouse.
Keep your room clean and tidy. Do not keep food in your room. Do not leave wet clothing or towels in your room. Clean up after using the kitchen. Do not bring strangers into the home. Laundry can be make every 2 weeks , and you must buy your own detergent ( has to be liquid). You must take out your own trash and put it in the trash can outside when your trashcan gets full in your room. Host-Cleaning - every two weeks normally on a Friday / deep cleans the whole house change the sheets, clean floors , take out trash , dust

This room is a large double room for a person. It is in the second floor with a great view . it is so airy and light. It feels very bright .The sounds made by birds evoke feelings of peace.
