Our cozy apartment is in North Vancouver, surrounded by fresh air, trees, and many hiking trails. It is close to Northwoods Village with coffee shops, delicious food, a grocery store, and so much more. Downtown Vancouver or Burnaby are only a 15‑minute drive away, and Capilano University is easy to reach by bus or walking. We live with a sweet cat and her two playful kittens, so this home is perfect for cat lovers. The living room is also set up as a yoga studio for stretching or exercise. We are two girls and we love to host, as well we respect personal space.

Cleanliness: Please keep common areas (kitchen, bathroom, living room) clean and tidy after use. Noise: No loud noises after 11:00 pm or before 8:00 am. Cats: You must be friendly and gentle with our cats. Do not let them out of the apartment. Respect: Be respectful of other people’s space and belongings. Guests: No overnight guests without prior approval. Safety: Lock the door when leaving and turn off lights/appliances after use. Yoga Studio: If using the yoga area, please wipe down mats before and after use and return mats or props neatly.
