My name is Leilanie Panyawai and I am interested in hosting International Students. I had the opportunity to host Chinese and Japanese students in the past and I would like to open my doors again and host students with different culture. I have a two-storey , 4 bedroom home with 2 1/2 baths, living, dining and kitchen areas. There is a laundry room and a small garden in the backyard with fruit trees. At the moment, there is one bedroom available that can be occupied by a student needing a place to stay. We have wifi/internet access and centralized air conditioning. The room includes a twin size bed; a small closet; computer desk with cabinetry ; bookshelves and cabinet drawer. My home is centrally located near the hospital, parks; mall; libraries; restaurants; Police and Fire Department Stations; etc. Thank you, Leilanie Panyawai

No visitors allowed upstairs in the bedroom areas. If there are friends coming over, I would like to know ahead of time and get to know them. They will be responsible for doing light cleaning in their room and they have to pick up after themselves, especially after every bathroom use. If they will use the kitchen to cook, they should be able to clean after each use. I always keep the house clean and I expect them to be respectful of our house rules. There will be curfew of 10:00 pm if the student is in high school and are out with friends or events.
