It is on the bus line that will take a college student to Fulton-Montgomery Community College in Johnstown, NY. I am only 8 miles from Royal Mountain Ski Slope. My area offers lots of hiking and kayaking. I am a 20-minute Uber ride to a train station that will take you to New York City. I offer all utilities, internet, washer and dryer, a large backyard, towels, and furnished rooms.
Cute and Charming House Rules Thank you for staying with Isabell and me. Please remove your shoes when you enter the house. Quiet times 9:00 pm - 6:00 am No smoking, drinking, or drugs in the house. We appreciate your help in maintaining the cleanliness of our home. Please clean up after yourself and wipe down the counters after cooking. Your efforts will ensure a pleasant stay for everyone. Please use the handrail when going up and down the stairs because the stairs can be tricky. Turn on the vent above the stove and the fan above the kitchen table when cooking. If not, the smoke alarms will go off. Please lock all doors before you leave. Isabell is a sweet dog but very shy. Please make yourself at home and enjoy your stay.
