### 3. Household Responsibilities --------------------------------------------------- **Cleaning**: The Owner and the Boarder will share cleaning responsibilities for common areas, including the kitchen, living room, and bathroom on a weekly rotating basis. Boarders room must be kept tidy & the bathroom to be cleaned up after each use. **Trash and Recycling**: The Owner and the Boarder will take turns taking out the trash and recycling on designated days (Tuesdays). **Groceries and Supplies**: Shared groceries and household supplies will be purchased as needed, with costs split equally unless otherwise agreed. Individuals have designated sections in the pantry and fridge to store their personal items. ### 4. Noise and Guests --------------------------------------- **Noise Levels**: Quiet hours will be observed from 8pm to 7am on weekdays and 10pm to 9am on weekends (sleeping and waking times). During the week I work from home therefore noise to be kept low during my working hours of 9am – 5pm. Both parties agree to keep noise at a reasonable level during these times. **Guests**: The Boarder may have guests over with prior consent of owner. If you would like to have a guest stay for a night, I’m sure this would be okay will me- just let me know first! The Boarder is responsible for their guests’ behavior.
