Home is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath duplex near the Galleria Mall and central to many points of interest in Dallas with easy access to freeways and tollways. Will only accept guests with an introduction profile and picture in a request message.

-No parties. -No overnight guests. -Rooms/Bath and common areas should be kept neat. -Smoking not allowed inside but patio/outside is acceptable. Payment: $Monthly Payment due on the 1st of each month via Zelle or US cash. $First month rent due 72 hours in advance of arrival date via Zelle. Cancellation: *In the event of a refund due to guest cancellation, refund returned via Zelle. *Guest cancellations must provide 72 hours notice verbal and email or text. *Student housing commitment is based by school Semester - If student cancels during a semester, a cancellation fee of $250 will be required.
