Turn off all lights and t.v. when leaving home and lock doors. No candles or space heaters allowed. Tenant may only have access to its room only and use to kitchen for purpose of cooking only. Must clean up kitchen immediately after cooking. Kitchen is shared common area that must be kept clean. No unregistered guess allowed on premises.
