Mount Duneed - Geelong near Surf Coast. Bus stop out the front of the house taking you to the Waurn Ponds Railway Station and a great V Line Train trip to Geelong or Melbourne. Both close to Deakin University Waurn Ponds and Waterfront. There are 4 bedrooms therefore looking at 1, 2 to 3 girls or boys on short term or longer if suits. Mature Age people that need security . The 2nd bathroom would be shared by students, I have my own. Cosy bedrooms fully furnished with desk and lamp. Internet and smart tv, gas ducted heating and air conditioning. I'm busy as a driving instructor/securities. Meals can be sorted on requirements once settled but extra on top of rent as cost of living/food rather expensive in Victoria now. I have been hosting different nationalities Japanese, Chinese, German, French on English study tour to Deakin University Burwood when I was in Melbourne over the past year who have had a great time. I like to have rest by 10.30/11pm due to work. Don’t mind if your out and come in later. Neat, tidy in kitchen and rooms. Showers 10 mins due to water. Make sure you don’t leave the lights on when you leave.
