I recently purchased a house in Skyland, just north of City Park in North Denver. The house is newly remodeled and features new flooring, stainless steel appliances, a newly designed kitchen and quartz countertops, remodeled bathrooms and a big fenced backyard. The available bedroom has its own en suite private bathroom.

Please respect the home but feel comfortable. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. Guests are responsible for regularly cleaning their room/bathroom as well as helping to maintain the cleanliness of all shared rooms in the house. Please keep the home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving.
