Double En-suite in large Penthouse

We are a married couple, with a 3 year old and a 1 year old, we also have a small friendly dog and some fish. We have a Double en-suite available in a large penthouse apartment overlooking a river. Normal consumption of electricity is included in the room rental price however excessive use may incur additional costs. During term time we also include home cooked meals and food.
Respect and communication Over 18s Once you have booked we require a €175 security deposit which is returned at the end of your stay providing everything is in order. If we cancel the booking we will return your security deposit in full. If you cancel the booking, a percentage of your deposit will be returned depending on how much notice you give us of your cancellation. 28 days or more = 100% 14-27 days = 50% Less than 13 days = 0%

A lovely bedroom with a double bed, balcony view, and en-suite with shower/bath. There is a fold-out table and chair, there is an extra seat to relax in, plus access to a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, toaster, and kettle.
