Bedding & towels provided if required. Use of the patio which is sunny most of the day in the summer. The shops are on your doorstep and range from the co-op to green grocers, butchers, award winning bakers, specialist chocolate shop, flourist. Cafes on Southwick Square and at the port and seafront, an Italian restaurant, a couple of takeaways and a few good charity shops, convience shops, a few pubs close by also over looking the port. Looking for ladies who are tidy, clean and respectful of others. No men. I am a fine art painter and massage therapist. Am out at my painting studio in Portslade most of the week and quite a bit at the weekend. I work as a massage therapist at home on Fridays during the day so I need the flat to myself then.
