We have a doubleroom available in a 4 bedroom house. The house is walking distance to the city centre but the bus stop (100m) and luas (light rail 7 min walk) are both very close. We have 2 boys. 9yrs and 6yrs and a small dog and a cat. The boys are home for a few hours after school during term time. There is a lovely green area outside and we are in a quite enclave which is very peaceful but central. From Spring to autumn we travel a lot at the weekends.
No parties. No smoking. A reasonable level of noise. No extra house guests. Keep the place tidy.
