Double room in nurses house
DukinfieldGBP 700.00/month
My lovely house mate has moved out so i have a large double bedroom in a big house available now (£575 plus £150 bills each). The house is in the up and coming town of Dukinfield which is between Hyde and ashton- under-Lyne and approximately 5 minutes drive or a short bus trip from Tameside hospital. Other hospitals include: Manchester royal infirmary, Wythenshawe hospital, oldham and Fairfield with in 10-25 minute drive. I am looking for someone who is similar age, fun and social and want to be friends that do stuff together, not Just ships that pass in the night but equally understand I will be tired after a shift at work. I am looking for a clean and tidy, proffessional who is like minded and willing to contribute to maintenance of the house, i.E taking out the bins, being Generally clean, wiping the surface down after you've made food. I am a nurse so would need someone who can be understanding of being a bit quieter when I am on nights and of course i will be courteous if you're a shift worker too! The house has a big living room, nice kitchen/ diner with a washing maching/tumble dryer, dishwasher and coffee machine. There is also a toilet on every floor and a 3 piece bathroom on the top floor, complete with heated towel rails. we also have a good size garden which will be wonderful come summer There are good links to Manchester City Center, ashton-under-lyne, Hyde, and Stalybridge with several bus stops in the town and 4 train stations within a mile. There is a bus stop at the end of the road that runs on the 221, 389 and 346 routes. The nearest tram stop to the city is also in Ashton-under-lyne with the line being extended into stalybridge in 2025. The house comes with 2 parking spaces and good street parking in a very safe estate. I am a huge dog person and have a house dog who loves ladies especially A bit about me I'm Rachel, 25 and a nurse. Outside of work I am social, love travelling, training my dog, music, seeing my friends, going out for drinks and a dance every now and then! I'm outgoing, caring, funny and I love a chat over a cup of tea, or a glass of wine but I enjoy my downtime too. I like to read, cook and see my friends as well as nights in, watching Netflix etc. I also love to go hiking with my dog, the house is 40 minutes drive from the Peak District. I am doing my masters degree in critical care which is from home half the time until august 2024. The house is fully furnished and Suitable for those working from home. The room requires one months rent upfront as a deposit before hand.
Please no shoes inside clean up after you’ve cooked! contribute to a happy peaceful household! :)
