Double room with ensuite bathroom available in Belmayne Dublin. 11km from City Centre. Serviced by a 24 hour bus which will have you in town in less than an hour. Or if you're the cycling type, it's a 35 minute cycle. Within short walking distance of a large Tesco, there is also an Aldi, Lidl and Dunnes Stores close by. As well as your bedroom, you will have access to a shared kitchen, communal sitting room and a garden. High Speed Broadband included, as well as everything else you need to enjoy your stay. Housekeeping not included. Guests must keep their personal space clean and contribute to cleaning communal areas. Clean as you go and common sense. Kitchen space is shared so consideration to other occupants is essential. Rent is paid a month in advance, as well as a months deposit. 2 months minimum stay. Always the option to extend month by month if everyone is happy. I just need 30 days notice of when you're leaving. Damages will be deducted from deposit, or rent if you leave without notice.
