No pets and no smoking in home. Our room is on the other side of the floor so noise doesn't worry us, but we work weeks and weekends so please don't be too loud. Visitors cannot be received and parties cannot be held. Respect the place and leave the kitchen as they found it. To the extent possible, use the kitchen for light meals and breakfast. When you contact us for a reservation, please tell us what time you arrive at the airport or train station and what time you plan to arrive at the house. So we can check with our schedules if possible.
