We are a family of 4 with a room available to rent to a student who needs accommodation in Dublin. We are 20 minute walk from city center but surrounded by a variety of local amenities.

No smoking, we are a family home and we have a dog. We expect guests to be respectful of that. If you are out late, you return quietly and treat our pet with respect on entering house, quietly return to room. There is no access to kitchen. All guests will be made feel welcome.
