East End Suite is a cozy home, located on the first floor of a private residential home in a super safe and quiet neighborhood. The upstairs is occupied by the owner of the building.

Do not hesitate to text or email us if you have any questions. · Respect check-in and check-out times and please don’t slam the door. · Be courteous with the property and all amenities as guest will pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. · Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms and the living room. · Guest must follow Garbage separation rules or be charged a $40 fine per default. Video will be reserved as proof. · Don’t leave your dishes, meal packs, pops, bottle or cups on the table. · Unregistered guests is not allowed without your host permission · No smoking or use of illegal substances is allowed on the premises. · Guest will be expected to place trash in the right can outside before leaving. · Guest is encouraged not to play loud music, please use headphone. · No parties or events are allowed inside or outside the premises. · Please dispose sanitary towels/ comdom in the washroom garbage bin · Guest is encouraged to communicate any allergies or medical condition to enable the host to help them if required, the host will not be responsible for any episodes but will provide support as best as possible. · Please do not place any other item, except pots/pan on the stove top. · No pets allowed except for licensed service animals. · Please respect the noise curfew. · Please don’t adjust the heating control, it is set to home temperature. · Please turn off light, and air extractor before you go out. · Please don’t rearrange the furniture. · Guest will do their dishes after each use, don’t store overnight to avoid a stench. · Suitable home for adult toddlers and children under 12. Always keep the home clean, the way you met the house the first day you walked in. A dirty home will make you sick, Thank you for your cooperation.
