We live in South Florida, The County of Broward, in Fort Lauderdale Florida, Sunrise City, just 20 minute to the Fort Lauderdale Air Port, Miami Air Port, 35 minute to famous Miami and South Beach, the most popular touring area in florida. 12 minutes to famous Saw Gras Mill Mall, Outlet Shopping, Theater, School, Restaurants & Parks, Hocky Arena. 5 minutes to Sunrise Tennis Court. We are located in a suburb, well diverse town Surround by everything needed to enjoy a wonderful life. We are a small family, with a Small 4 leg family member Babee, pomeranian, She is a 8 lb. Dog. The Kitten, stay in my master suit all the time, Your Room will be a Medium size Private bedroom, equipped with a dresser, Desk, smart TV, Cable, Ceiling Fan, Desk lamp. The room is very well lit with a back yard view, located next to semi private Guess bath room, This is a full bath with a large mirror. If you are a Student or on a Extended Stay of a few months or more, we offer Use of Gym, Laundry areas at a reduced monthly small fee. This will accommodate your extended stay with us. We are a happy easy going Friendly Family, who like to bowl, Travel, Dance, Swim Gardening & sometime entertain Friend at family BBQ. We have a very beautiful Cozy home with Cathedral ceiling & a Swimming pool. We are a English speaking family but are open to learn new languages and different cultures. We look forward to Welcoming, friendly easy going Travelers & Students who are open to a new experience. We look forward to meeting you & hope you have a wonderful experience.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY Please note that we require our guests to pay 50% of the booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold your room. The payment must be made WITHIN 24 HOURS from the booking - please contact us for the PayPal email address. Cancellation Policy: For stays longer than 30 days, we ask our guests to give us at least 30 days’ notice. For shorter than 30 days bookings, we request a notice of at least 7 days. (Temporary will be no Longer than 5 day stay due to COVID19.) No pets No Smoking in doors or Around property No loud Music No Visiting Guess Stay over i.e. Friends, please respect my house, My private room, Area which are not included in this are off limits. Please DO NOT LEAVE TV or Light on Over night.!! No Drug Allowed Please do not Eat in the room, Please do not Drink beverage in the bed. If Student we have a desk to study on. No parties Please clean up behind self in kitchen or other areas. 50% deposit on booking Cash payment on Arrival via CashApp.com Booking month to month stay, 2 month deposit due . For Students, Please inform in advance if your stay is a semester or longer.
