This deposit is held as a security to hold the room. Monthly payments must be made digitally via Venmo, Zelle, Bank Transfer etc. We do not accept cash payments. Cancellation Policy: The room is considered booked once the security is received. And the deposit is non-refundable for cancellations. Must pay one full month in advance and a deposit.
