I am interested in renting a room to a COC student for the school year 2022 thru 2023 or longer. Month to month rent is $1,200.00 with $1000.00 deposit and $250.00 cleaning fee. Private room, bathroom and deck. Kitchen and laundry privileges. Safe secure complex. Carport parking, security gate, pool and spa.

Must be quite serious student. No smoking or alcohol. Must like cats. Must be neat and clean. Must stay for school year August to June
