We live in the center of the commune of Providencia in Santiago de Chile. Very close to metro station, banks, malls, etc. It is an apartment located on the second floor. The room is small, with a private bathroom on the first floor and completely independent from the rest. The remaining bedrooms are on the second floor. We are two people. I am Sandra, a journalist but I no longer work, Guillermo, retired. The most important thing, we have a small poodle dog that is part of our family, he is very old and calm, he no longer barks, he sleeps all day. Payment for the stay is made immediately upon deciding to stay in our apartment. It can be done in Chilean money or dollars. The use of the kitchen is only for preparing light meals. Storing food in the refrigerator is allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside. cooking light meals and storing food in the refrigerator is allowed. The money for the stay must be paid upon arrival. It is not allowed to store or drink alcohol inside the apartment.
