* Please contact me sending a video message * This en-suite room is on the ground floor beside the entrance. It is clean, bright and spacious, recently refurbished- with a nice wooden desk and modern decor. Lots of storage and really nicely lit. The room gets the sun in the morning and is a quiet and peaceful place to stay or to study not far from the city centre. It has a big bathroom en-suite with a walk-in wet room with power shower that's lovely for hot showers in the colder weather. The room also comes equipped with a kettle. Although it's room only - you'll have access to the kitchen. There is Wi-fi acccess in the room. Clontarf is a lovely leafy and safe area - lots of nice cafes, restaurants and walks. There's a bus that goes from outside the house straight into the city centre - it's a really nice journey in the morning along by the sea. The DART train is about a ten minute walk and also brings you into the city centre and right across the city.. If you need any more information please drop me a message. House Rules • Booking is for en-suite room with use of kitchen. • Use of kitchen by agreement – usually after host finished their own meal preparation • Kitchen to be left clean and tidy after use with surfaces wiped down • No overnight guests • No smoking • If on Zoom calls after 10.30pm use headphones. • Ensure house securely locked upon exit. • Compliance with the latest guidelines on Covid policy. PAYMENT METHOD • Guests are required to pay 25% of the booking total in advance to hold the accommodation (on top of the 15% service fee payable to Homestay.com). • This is payable once booking has been accepted and after the service fee paid to Homestay. • Failure to do this will result in applications for the accommodation continuing to be considered from other parties. • The balance payable one week in advance of arrival .Any bank charges to be met by the guest • Nights away may not be deducted from the total • For stays over one month, one month’s notice to be given if stay is cut short • Stays cut short under one month are non refundable Cancellation policy • Guests are asked to give at least 7 days notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation after this will not be refunded. Minimum stay 4 nights
