Guests must be eco-conscious & neat. No cigarette smoking allowed in or around house; or use of plastic water bottles or aerosols. Efficient use of utilities & personal trash removal encouraged! Self-clean on a weekly required of guest, but bed linen & towels will be washed & replaced by host. *Coffee/Tea provided daily or upon request. **A woman's bike is available for rent when desired $5 a day. ***A non-refundable 25% deposit is required within 48hrs of request to book & after telephone/video chat; payable via Bank Transfer or CashApp. Balance of cost paid on or before guest arrival.
