Exceptionally clean, relaxing one bedroom in-law apartment. One bedroom with a queen size bed , air mattress, private living room with a queen size pull-out couch, free high speed WIFI, cable, formal dining room, bathroom and laundry room. free parking on site On a private estate with farmers all around and host living next door. unfortunately , due to a dog already on premises, we are unable to host any service pets , our Husky is friendly to humans but not friendly to other animals

Due to a dog already onsite and not friendly at all with other pets NO OTHER PETS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY INCLUDING SERVICE ANIMALS this is for everyone's safety especially the animals if you break this rule you'll be asked to leave the property and there will be no refunds Guests are expected to * do their own dishes * do not flush anything down the toilet due to septic tank. If you flush toilet paper or anything else the septic may become an issue and overflow. we politely ask you to dispose everything including toilet paper in the waste bin provided (next to the toilet, with extra garbage bags) instead of flushing it in the toilet. *quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 9:00am weekdays. *Do not hang your clothes outside to dry. *Do not smoke anything inside the house *there is a designated smoking area outside your unit with an ashtray for your personal use, we only ask that you clean it if you use it please *Do not spit on the floors inside or outside the house and if chewing tobacco please have your personal spit containers (do not use any containers from the house) and don’t make the containers visible to others *when outside the house you are required to wear clothes and cover your chest, both males and females. *if you go fishing please do your fish cleaning outdoor. *do not burn incense inside the house and no candles *take the garbage out to the designated area before departure and if you are a long term guest take the garbage out every Thursday before 6pm the unit will be professionally clean every 2 weeks (long term guests will be charged the cleaning fee every 14 days) this is to ensure that the unit is clean and to restock supplies *pick up and clean the house before departure and if any furniture or decoration was changed or altered by you during your stay we ask that you place everything back the way it was *No parties or events allowed *visitors are allowed during the day as long as they follow the house rules, visitors are not allowed to stay overnight without prior authorization. visitors are not allowed to visit between the hours of 10:00 pm and 9:00am (quiet hours). * if there are any damages due to a visitor the guest will be responsible 100% for the damages. *the NO PET policy will also apply to your visitors (including service pets) *kids of any ages are allowed on the property, we only ask that if outside your unit the child must be accompanied by a responsible adult. *No unregistered guests allowed *Please don't eat or drink in bed (if there are stains that would not come off due to breaking this rule, there will be an extra fee charged to replace the item damaged) *we ask that you turn off the AC/the lights when you go out *due to the cleaning schedule we ask that you respect the check-in and check-out times (check-in after 4 pm. check-out before 11 am) *Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of $25.00 *Please take care of the furnishings. You will be financially responsible for any damages *no illegal substances or marijuana allowed on the premises *please make sure you gather all of your belongings, host is not responsible for any missing or damaged items *guests and visitors are welcome to use the swimming pool unti 10pm daily the swimming pool rules are: *no diving *minors are not allowed in or around the swimming pool without a responsible adult *no pushing others in the swimming pool *no food or drinks in the pool * No glass allowed near the pool area
