* We are fully vaccinated * Furnished room includes all utilities and some amenities, located in a safe and desirable area in San Francisco, near Golden Gate Park, trendy cafes, supermarket, many restaurants and public transportation. Kitchen access, wifi, hardwood floors, beddings and lots of natural light. Bernadette and Ray have been hosting int'l students, interns, medical professionals and scholars for many years. We have enjoyed meeting people of different cultures from all over the world. We welcome you to San Francisco!

No smoking or vaping, no drugs, no pets, no overnight guests. No downloading of illegal videos, games, movies, etc..in violation of internet agreement infringement policies. Use of kitchen is for light cooking only, no frying. Take off shoes when entering the house, slippers are provided Passport copy required. Full payment in cash upon check-in. $500 Security Deposit maybe required. Lost keys is $100 charge. Only fully vaccinated guests allowed. Vaccination card will be verified before check in.
