Check in is from 3pm and check out is from 11am. No pet, no partying, refundable deposit of $120 must be made and house must be kept tidying at all times and when checking out. Initial electricity of about ghc50 is purchased after which guests pay for the subsequent power. Guests are not allowed to have additional guest than the agreed number
