We are looking for students or scholarly people to stay with us. Travelers who are out touristing during the day are good too. Quiet, considerate, peaceful people. No partying, drugs, excessive alcohol or smoking. No extra people staying over in the room without prior consent. Vaping on the patio is ok. BBQs and meals on the patios are ok.
