I am a retired teacher from the NYC Department of Education living in Queens, NY by the beach and JFK airport. I live with my 26 year old daughter who is a Medical Assistant and college student. I live in a 2 family semidetached home on a quiet street that is blocks away from the beach. The room that's available has a bed, large window, dresser and closet. There are 2 additional bedrooms, large, open, airy living room, dining room and kitchen space. There are very large windows and door that leads to the terrace.
Loud music is not allowed and noise should be kept to a minimum. Please treat our home as you would treat your own home. Please wash dishes and not leave them in the sink. Please be sure to lock the front door at all times.
