My husband and I live in a quiet residential area about 24 miles from Philadelphia, adjacent to Valley Forge National Park. Our ranch-style home is one floor, excellent for avoiding stairs. Two bedrooms are available for guests. Guests share one bathroom. Other rooms are kitchen, dining room, family room, large covered deck overlooking in-ground pool. Our home is air-conditioned. Two cats are part of our household. We cannot accommodate guest pets. Other: we can provide private transportation to local public transportation into Philadelphia; gluten-free and dairy-free breakfasts and snack are available upon request.

Bedroom doors must remain closed to block entry by the two household cats. We do not want them to disturb you and your belongings. The front door will remain open until midnight. Please let us know if you expect to return at a later time. Guests may use the pool, weather permitting.
