Keep the apartment secure. After 10 pm keep minimum noise. Do not invite strangers Please let me know when you are not coming home at night, or at dinner time. No alcohol or smoke allowed. When use the kitchen, please clean up. Keep the bedroom tidy. Do not eat in the bedroom.
