Me and my family welcome you to my 2 BHK apartment with drawing and dining hall, 2 bedrooms and a full fledged kitchen, away from crowded city, yet very much near to railway station and bus stand. It is the right place for family, couple, group or singles travelling to Chakrata, Mussorie, Haridwar or Rishikesh. The place is ideally located for round the clock public transport, basic grocery stores, bakeries, fresh fruits, vegetable shops and ATM's.
1. Guests are requested to treat the place with respect and care, keep the area clean. 2. Guests are also expected to keep the kitchen clean & wash the Dishes they use. Please drop kitchen waste like tea, rice or any other food leftovers in dustbin not in sink. 3. Guests are expected to keep the washroom clean. 4. You are requested to switch off lights, fans, TV and other electric / electronic equipment/ gadgets when not in use. 5. Wi-Fi is only for official / emergency purposes and should not be used for Entertainment and Downloading. This facility will be provided only for a limited period. 6. AC charges @ Rs. 300/= per room is extra over room rent if demanded by the guests. Guess are requested to keep the doors of bedroom closed when AC is on. 7. Breakfast / Breakfast items ( Bread, butter, eggs and milk) will be provided only on first day of stay. Guests have liberty to cook their own food. 8. Any damage to the property/ electric appliances/ electronic gadgets will be charged. 9. Guests can use washing machine for a extra cost of Rs.200(INR) per Wash 10. Maid can be arranged on request for cleaning up the Dishes and house for a extra cost of Rs.300 (INR) per visit. 11. Guests are requested to keep the window mesh doors closed. 12.
