We lived here more than five years. it’s a really friendly neighborhood. We are close to airports, 99 Ranch, Target, Victoria Gardens. I'm a student studying in irvine. My Dad/ Mom will be sharing the same house with you. We are happy to help you hwith any problems you may have. We are looking forward to see you!
1.Smoking is not allowed indoors. 2.Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house. 3.Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. 4.No pets are allowed inside. 5.Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first. 6.Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay. 7.Please keep quiet after 10 pm.
