My place is close to public transport, the city center, parks, and art and culture. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed and the coziness. I reside over here, and a separate room with a separate entrance is for rent. I'll be available or any of my family members will be available as care taker for guest.

There is 24*7 security at our stay. Standard check in timings is 12 PM and check out is 11.30 AM. Check in timings and check out timings can be altered on request and availability. Breakfast will be provided on request with additional charges of INR 60. Home made food is provided on request and on extra charges. During peak seasons cab facility need to be booked before 6 days. The stay is located at the residential area and parties with loud music or loud noise after 11 PM is not entertained. Separate smoking rooms, dining is there hence smoking is not allowed in the Bedroom. Alcohol is allowed. - Check in 12 Noon onward and Check out before 11.30 PM - No loud music and noise after 11 PM. - Separate Dining/living area (Hall) is available, hence smoking, drinking, having food in the bedrooms are not allowed. - Taxi facility will be arranged by us on additional charges (Prior booking need to be done during peak season). - Home made food will be served if requested a day prior (Multiple Items are not possible as food will be cooked at home.) -We give top preference for cleanliness, as well as to serve our guest with the best possible facility and greet them with great care hence request to keep the home clean and to treat as your own home, request to turn off bulbs, geaser, fans etc when not used and save energy and try to nurture our nature with eco friendly atmosphere.
