Large family home, close to excellent transport links to both the city centre and the sea side. I have two large double bedrooms (single occupancy) to rent. Downstairs, I have a large sitting room at the front of the house, a second smaller sitting room adjacent and a very large kitchen-diner looking out onto the garden. The garden is west facing, so during the summer months we have the sun here from mid morning until late evening and there's plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy an al fresco dinner! I'm very friendly, and would offer as much help as possible during your stay, be it about Dublin or great places to visit in Ireland. I'll do my best to ensure your stay in Dublin is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Check in time 2pm. Check out time 11am. Please pay cash on the day of arrival. Please keep house secure. If you are last to leave make sure you put the alarm on. Please bring your own toiletries. No Working From Home (WFH) or studying during the daytime. If you use the kitchen please leave it clean and tidy (including all utensils etc.) Kitchen use is for homestay guests/residents only. No cooked food upstairs please. Especially Take out!!!
