I live 10 minutes from Paraparaumu College, and 20 minutes away from Kapiti College. 5 minute walk to the beach, close to local shops, bus stop is 5 minutes away which will take you to the main shops or the railway station. I have 3/4 bedroom open plan living. I live in a quiet area, Its a bright happy home!

Be respectful, clean up after your self, no parties or noise. Gates to be kept close at all times so animals don"t get out.
