We are a mature couple, nonsmoking. We have no kids in the house. We love animals and own a few pets. We speak fluent English, fluent German, some French and Italian. Room comes with TV.
Nobody else is allowed into our house. If you wish to invite a friend we have to be notified in advance and give our permission. Slippers have to be worn inside the house, street shoes are not permitted. Noise levels have to be kept to a minimum after 10.30 pm. Our animals have to be treaten with great respect. PAYMENT Method: Please note that we require our guests to pay 50% of the booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold your room (on top of the 15% deposit is paid to Homestay.com). Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 7 days’ notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded.
