We live on a quiet street with some lovely neighbours. the room we offer is a double room furnished with a double bed, and wardrobes as well as shelves. we also have a study room, should you require it with access to the internet and printer. We will provide a light breakfast as part of the price displayed but will consider providing evening meals at a further cost. We are a small family of three and enjoy day trips and family activities. We also run a youth club every Friday. I work as a college lecturer and my partner is a care worker. You are welcome to participate in any of our family activities and we look forward to meeting you and sharing our home with you. .

Please treat our home as your home, but please discuss with us any guests prior to inviting them, General rules apply such as tidy up after yourself the kitchen, keep the noise down during term time late evenings. we do not allow smoking in the house but have a separate space for smokers
