We live in West Auckland, we are located not far from the city of Auckland, about a 15 - 20 min drive. We are looking to host people who will be relatively self sufficient, and take up all the great opportunities to get out around where we live. We are walking distance from to parks, schools, busy restaurants and popular supermarkets and shopping areas. The bedroom is fully furnished with drawers a closet, and a desk. The kitchen / dining / living is all open plan, and the downstairs bathroom is all yours. We have a great side deck and backyard for kiwi BBQ! Our home is also close to a large selection of quality private and public transport options, suiting all budgets and travelling preferences
No other guests without informing, no swearing, and no drinking at our home. Guests are require to keep the noise to a minimum after 9pm, and clean up after meals. Live considerately as you would if you were living at your own home and everything will be fine.
