Welcome to our warm and peaceful home! We are a small and quiet family who lives a simple life, and we enjoy creating a cozy and respectful environment. We especially welcome students who are looking for a calm and supportive place to stay while they focus on their studies. We can offer three meals a day, we’re also happy to adjust the meal plan based on your needs — with or without meals. A small fridge and induction cooker are available downstairs for light cooking. Our home is clean, comfortable, and filled with care — a place where you can truly feel at home. Just a 30-second walk from our front door is a bus stop that connects directly to the main SkyTrain station, making transportation easy and convenient.

We kindly ask that guests keep regular hours and respect the quiet and peaceful nature of our home. No loud music or parties are allowed, and overnight guests (friends or visitors) are not permitted. We appreciate guests who are considerate, clean, and respectful.
