Its a 3-4 minute walk to both - 2 train stations and and bus stop. All the buses go into Liverpool city center and run regularly. There are convenience stores a park and a gym also nearby. Liverpool is an interesting city with lots of history and places to visit My Homestay is conveniently located to our main motorways - M57 and M62 for arrivals /departures at Liverpool John Lennon Airport and Manchester Airports. We are walking distance to LFC and EFC football Clubs. I am here to help students with any problems they have including help with homework plus lots of English conversations at dinnertime. All cooked meals are cooked fresh on a daily basis. TIMES: 6.00 pm - 7.30 pm / Monday to Sunday. Small food storage space will be provided for your food. HOUSE RULES... To keep noise to a minimum To not bring strangers into the House Keep your room tidy. If your room is untidy it will not be cleaned. Food IS NOT allowed in your room. please leave the toilet clean after use. Please leave the shower clean after use. -Keep the bathroom floor dry-Leave the bathroom clean for the next guest. Smoking is NOT allowed in your bedroom. Please allow at least 14 days notice if you decide to leave early or before your agreed dates when booked on homestay. Stays longer than 30 days: Please allow 30 days notice if you decide to leave. Students= Half board can be arranged before booking. Please request the current price for half board by a message.
