I live in a quite road there is 2 bedrooms in total, there is a large garden with seating area spacious living area and kitchen, utility room with washing machine, no pets and plenty of hospitality to share with you!!
The rent for the room is £420.00 per week payable in advance on Friday of each week, the amount due must be paid on time on the due date, if more than two payments are missed the arrangement will end automatically. Room must be kept clean and tidy, the owner has the right to enter the room for inspection. The owner does not take responsibility for lost items. The kitchen,living room, bathroom and other rooms used must be kept clean and tidy. Smoking is not permitted in the house. Any visitors must leave the property by 11pm week days. Must not move or damage any furniture pictures or wall hangings.
