The house has 5 bedrooms (two master rooms), 3 baths, one master kitchen, one guest kitchen and a laundry room. Total living area is approx. 1600 sq. feet. Master rooms come with a bathroom and TV and free WIFI. Relax in the stylish island decor, enhanced with fine furnishings and interior decorations.

1. Feel free to use the guest kitchen but clean up after! 2. Feel free to use the laundry. 3. Please turn off the air-conditioner and light when leaving the house. 4. Please keep important belongings in the safe or lock the bedroom door when leaving the house. 5. Please do not invite strangers into our home；if you would like to invite a friend over just agree with me in advance. 6. Please watch your steps as the floor is slippery at outdoor area after rain. 7. Please return house and room key upon check out. 8.
