Large family home on north-side of Dublin That offers a one bedroom self contained apartment at rear of main property. The apartment is accessed through main property at side of house. We are 4 kilometers south of Dublin airport and 6 kilometers from Dublin City The area is serviced with a High frequency public transport system. Guests are supplied with keys and can come and go as they please. The area is quite and tranquil with lots of shopping centers and social outlets within a two minute walk. We are easy to get on with and enjoy chatting with people.
Please keep noise to a minimum after midnight. Please do not invite strangers into the apartment, if you would like to invite friends over just agree it with us in advance. Please enjoy your stay and treat the apartment as you would like us to treat yours. Please note that we do not allow pets. 24 hour monitored alarm system, CCTV monitors front and rear, off road parking.
