A warm welcome awaits you! Recommended relaxed Family home is in a very quite, safe, leafy suburban residential area South of the City. Super shop and a Shopping Centre with McDonalds and Starbucks just a few minutes walk. Accommodation is best suited to holiday makers, (Families welcome), full time workers/internship/language students. I am not accommodating guests working/studying from my home. Breakfast is not provided but tea/coffee and biscuits are always available! Close to Naas Road. (M50/Red Cow), Tallaght, Terenure, Rathfarnham with the bus to the City just a few minutes walk. Free parking! Wifi 24/7 Library, pubs, ATM's, beauticians, hairdressers locally. Dublin airport from 20 min drive via the M50. There is an excellent choice of bus links close by which travel to the city and beyond. The 9, S4, 27, 77A, 123, 18 & 150 bus routes are all between 4 - 10 minutes walk away with typical bus journey time to the city centre just 30 minutes or less. Luas (tram) red line is 25 minutes walk away while the M50 motorway is easily accessible, approx 5 minute drive. (Red Cow Hotel exit). Great for those who would like to make day trips to other parts of Dublin and the country, North, South, East, West). 1 resident cat, mainly outdoors! Check in time from 3pm and preferably before 8pm. Earlier check in is usually not possible due to cleaning schedule and pre 3pm luggage drop offs will be facilitated if possible. Check out up to 10am on departure day —Strict! The kitchen/dining area is available to guests up to 10.30am daily and from 6pm. No Cooking is permitted due to strict Insurance conditions, however, you can use the microwave, kettle, toaster. Smoking is fine but never in the house, the back garden only! My address must not be used for residency, opening a Bank Account etc or for receiving post/packages. No unpaid guests on the premises at any time. Quite time between 11pm - 7am No loud behaviour inside or in the vicinity of the house at any time, its is a very quite residential area. Showers please keep under 10 mins! The kitchen is not available for guests to cook. Breakfast is not provided, however, tea, coffee, biscuits are available up to 10am in the kitchen. Booked guests only at all times! Checkin is from 3pm - 8pm Checkout up to 10am (Strict) Payment Method: Please note: 25% of the booking total to me at time of booking to secure your room! Bank details will be provided at time of booking. This is separate to the 15% commission paid to Homestay.com on confirming your booking). The balance, in cash to be paid on arrival, thereafter access to the household key will be given to you. Cancellation Policy: guests to give me at least 14 days’ notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this deposit will not be refunded. PLEASE NOTE: For bookings made the same week - Payment for entire stay on arrival! You are not allowed to use my address to open bank accounts or register for government cards / services.
