This house is in the ground floor and is fully furnished. I stay in the first floor for your assistance. A light breakfast will be provided to the guests.This house comes with Wifi, curtains, lights, fans, solar water heater, wardrobes, water purifier, Airtel Dish TV connection, 4 single beds with mattresses , bathroom, sofa set, dining table, iron table with iron, kitchen with basic utensils, microwave oven, LPG gas connection, fridge and washing machine. Its near Yelahanka New Town. Bengaluru International Airport is 27kms. Majestic is 14kms. Shivajinagar is 17.7 kms. New B.E.L Road is 6.8 kms. Manyata Tech park is 14kms. We have 2 mountain bikes which can be used for a nominal fee.

Please keep the room neat and tidy. Do not damage any items provided. Head of the Family/Group is responsible for the conduct of all members during their stay in the house. If any abnormalities are observed like leaking LPG gas, water taps or anything which is not working, please bring it to my attention so that I can rectify the same. Avoid too much noise as it will disturb the neigbourhood. No modification/alteration of the rooms is permitted. The rent is to be paid in advance on arrival and the bill is to be settled before leaving. A copy of the Identity proof is to be submitted at the time of occupation. Any damage is to be reported at the time of handing over the room.
