There is a mini fridge, microwave and kettle if needed. We have a large garden where you are welcome to rest and relax in the sun or shade. There is a free public pool in front of the house, a running track, park and close bus stops. You can be downtown in 30 min.
No smokers. No drugs. No outside shoes in the house please. No guests in the house. No pets. I would appreciate seeing a government-issued identification for verification (with your name and picture). Not responsible for injuries on the property.
