It is a two story 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath townhouse. You would have your own bedroom and your own bath.The house is in the suburbs, but many things as schools too are very close (about 15 min drive), but I can also provide possibly transportations. There is a big open space behind the house that is awesome for biking, walking, running etc. I am 34 years old single mom of a 14 months old baby girl. I also have two fun fun,friendly and energetic dogs. We all love to go hiking, camping, travelling. I like to play tennis or skiing at the winter.I speak english, hungarian and a very little german.I prefer a female from eastern European countries.

No smoking, drinking. Cleaning up after yourself, No shoes on the carpet and no food in the room. No party in the house. Ask for permission to bring over people.
