Large Family home near beach in an exclusive area. We live in a 5 bedrooms house with swimming pool and Jacuzzi. We are a retired couple, our grown children visit us on holidays. We have a nice Kitchen and Dining room overlooking the pool and garden. Nearby is a main University and several Beaches for surfing or just enjoy a nice tan. There is a good selection of cafes, bars and restaurants. We live in a quiet and safe neighborhood of Long Beach where people enjoy jogging daily. Our House is a ranch style , very spacious with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Our Living room is huge and open onto a patio with swimming pool and bar-b-ques in the summer time. I love cooking delicious meals for my guests. As professional retired couple we enjoy meeting people and share our way of life and culture.
Please keep our home secure. Always lock the front door when entering and leaving the house. Please do not invite strangers into our home. Please do not smoke inside house. Keep noise down after 12:00pm. Please enjoy your stay and we want to make it an unforgettable memory.
