I'm single and I rent rooms for students, college FEI! The FEI is 5 mins walk from the house! ~
Do not make loud noises after 22:00 hrs. Feel free to use the facilities of the house, kitchen, living room, laundry room and backyard BBQ and parties on weekends and holidays, with the condition of leaving everything clean after use! Do not bring people who do not reside in the host or home to sleep! Can not move the particular things from other residents or guests! (Risk of being removed from their homes).
